You have a 4-day window to flag an unlocked lead as unresponsive. We then give the homeowner 48 hours to confirm if the job is active. If they don't respond, your credits are refunded.
We manually review your certificates to ensure platform safety. We aim to approve all documents within 2 hours during normal business hours.
Yes. You can manage, upgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard under 'Manage Subscription'.
