If a lead is completely unresponsive or the phone number is invalid, please open a Support Ticket from your dashboard. Our admin team will investigate and issue a wallet refund if the lead is deemed invalid.
Yes, we do support these trades! To view or quote on Gas, Roofing, or similar specialized jobs, you must upload your relevant trade certifications (e.g., Gas Safe or Roofing certifications) in the Verification section. Once our admin team has verified your documents, these job categories will automatically appear in your active feed.
Head to your Dashboard and click "Public Profile". Then in the top right click "Edit Profile". You can upload a new JPG, PNG, or WEBP file up to 2MB. Make sure it's a clear photo of your face or your business logo!
We offer Standard, Pro, and Ultimate tiers. Pro and Ultimate include monthly wallet credits, enhanced public profiles (with social media and website links), and priority access to jobs. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Billing page.
